Although the auction for our unit 5/45 Talara Road, Gymea didn’t pan out as we had hoped, we got a good result in the end and I’m really happy you got the management with the new owners too – I’m sure they will not be disappointed :) I knew you would give us your all and put your negotiating skills to work to get us the best result. Chris and I are already planning what the next adventure will be, what area to buy and invest. So don’t be surprised if my number pops up on your phone again in a few years time - when it’s time to sell the next one we’ll be coming back to the expert! I’d like to provide you with some feedback on our recent sale for our unit 99/86 Bonar street Wolli Creek through Richardson and Wrench Rockdale & Wolli Creek. I usually don’t provide this type of feedback but I was extremely happy with the service provided by Nick and Rami and felt it was important to let you know what an asset they were to your business.
As you would expect, we contacted a number of agents initially, but my wife and I were impressed with Nick and Rami’s enthusiasm for selling our property. They gave us confidence in their knowledge of the local market and quickly suggested strategies that we were comfortable with and that gave us confidence in their ability to sell our apartment. For those reasons we signed with R&W.
We dealt mostly with Nick who paid attention to the detail, always made himself available, responded to emails and calls promptly and gave timely feedback throughout the process. He provided advice about adjusting our strategy when he thought it was needed. Nothing was too much trouble for Nick which made the process much easier for us. Most importantly, Nick was able to negotiate a sale price which was above our asking price. Nick then continued to keep us well informed from deposit to settlement. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nick and Rami to anyone selling their property and have provided their details to our friends who are looking to sell their penthouse in the same complex in the next 12 months.
