R&W (James Dunn) were appointed to act on behalf of multiple vendors for the sale of a unit in Woollahra. The experience and the result was very positive with the property being sold at auction for well in excess of the reserve.

I used James Dunn to sell an apartment in Oxford St, Darlinghurst in early November. As it was part of my father’s estate, he was very caring and gave me good advice at each step. He continually updated me on developments. When the existing tenant became difficult, James went to see him to sit down and chat; he got to the bottom of the problem and proposed a solution that everybody was happy with.
