People

While it is rare to find a family living in Potts Point, there are two distinct types of people who make up Potts Point’s captivating culture.

Closer to the King’s Cross you’ll find younger residents who enjoy the bohemian way of life and the pulse of evening nightlife closeby. Closer to the waterside, amongst leafy streets and charming cafes, more mature locals prefer to reside.

Homes

Die hard romantics love the picturesque surroundings and charms of yesteryear on offer in Potts Point.

Immaculately restored houses rest alongside easy care apartment buildings that come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Luxury penthouses with glittering water views also make up a good part of the landscape.

The density of apartments is high, and whilst freestanding homes still exist, you’ll rarely find them on offer. Once residents get a foot in this ‘desirable’ door, they never want to leave.
